Slides
A slide deck shows a presentation on a screen, one slide at a time. Each page of a PDF becomes one slide.
When to use it
Use Slides for a presentation that you already have in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote. For example, a team briefing, a welcome presentation or a price list.
Save your presentation as a PDF
- PowerPoint: select File, then Save As or Export. Select PDF.
- Google Slides: select File, then Download. Select PDF document.
- Keynote: select File, then Export To. Select PDF.
Animations, videos and sound do not show. Each slide shows as a picture.
Make a slide deck
- Select New.
- Select Upload a PDF, then select your PDF.
- Wait while the pages upload.
- Set Seconds for each slide and Fit.
- Select Create.
To move a slide, drag it or use the arrow buttons. To remove a slide, select the bin button.
To change the presentation, select Use a new PDF. The new pages replace all the old pages. A slide deck has a maximum of 100 pages.
Show it on a board
Use the Slides template, or Slides (Portrait) for a tall screen:
- Make a board from the template.
- In Content Source, select Add Content.
- Select your slide deck.
The Slides template does not show the header, so each slide fills the screen. To show the header, turn on Show header.
On a custom board:
- Add a Slides block.
- Under Slide deck, select your slide deck.
