Zones

A Zone is a specific space within an Area, for example "Meeting Room 2" or a particular corridor. Zones are the most detailed level of the structure, sitting underneath Areas, which sit underneath Sites.

Managing zones

1. Click New Zone, give it a name, and choose the Area it belongs to.
2. Use the pencil icon to rename a Zone or move it to a different Area, or the bin icon to delete one.

If you haven't created any Zones yet, the table shows a prompt to add your first one.

Searching and filtering

Use Search to find a Zone by name. The Area dropdown above the table, which shows each Area alongside its Site, narrows the list to Zones in one Area. The Parent column shows which Area each Zone belongs to.

Which plan includes this

Zones require the Professional plan, the same as Areas. On a lower plan, the Zones link in the sidebar shows a lock icon and takes you to Billing to upgrade.
