What's New
This page lists every NowBoard release, newest first, so you can see what has changed and when. It also explains the update prompts you may see while you're working.
The releases list
Each release is shown as a card with its version number, title, summary and release date, plus badges counting how many features, improvements, bug fixes, security updates and known issues it contains. The release matching the version you're currently running is marked Current. Click any release to open its full changelog. Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of the page to look through older releases.
Release details
The detail page groups every change under Features, Improvements, Bug Fixes, Security Updates and Known Issues, showing only the categories that release actually has changes in. Each item has a title and, where given, a short description. Where available, the commit and build number for that release are shown at the bottom.
The update banner
When a newer version of NowBoard is available, you may see a prompt while you're working, depending on how the update is set to roll out:
- Update Available: a dismissible message in the bottom corner. Click Dismiss and it won't reappear for 24 hours.
- Update Required with a countdown: also in the bottom corner, but it can only be put off with Later until the countdown reaches zero, after which it becomes compulsory.
- Update Required as a full-screen message: you must click Update Now before you can carry on working.
Clicking Update Now clears the app's cached files and, once ready, shows a Restart Now button that reloads NowBoard on the newest version.
