The public advertise page

This is the page you send to a business that wants to advertise on your screens. Each ad space has its own public page, so anyone with the link can view pricing and book, without needing an account.

What an advertiser sees

  1. Overview: the ad space name and your organisation, plus pricing per month and per day.
  2. Dates: they choose a start and end date and see an estimated total.
  3. Creative: they upload an image or video (only the formats you have accepted for that ad space), or paste a link to one if upload is not available.
  4. You: their name, email and, optionally, company.
  5. Bid: shown only if the ad space uses the Auction selling model, where they set their daily bid.
  6. Review: a summary of everything before they submit.

If the ad space is sold Programmatic, the booking wizard does not appear. Instead they see a message that the slot is sold through your exchange, with a Contact us button.

How the request reaches you

When they submit, their booking appears in Ad campaigns for you to review. They see a confirmation that you will review the creative and approve the run, and get an email once it is live. No payment is taken at submission: this is currently a free test booking.

Which plan includes this

This page only exists for ad spaces you have created. Ad spaces are available on every plan.

One link for everything you sell

If you sell more than one slot, Advertising → Getting started also gives you a single venue link that lists every enabled ad space at once — each with its own Book this slot button that opens the page above. Copy it from the "Share your venue page" card, or download the QR code to print or add to your screen. Only ad spaces you have switched on appear; disabled ones never show. As the Owner, you can regenerate the link at any time — the old one stops working as soon as you do.

You can also point the Advertise here board's own on-screen QR code at this venue page instead of a single slot, from that board's settings.

This shared page now explains itself to a visitor who has never heard of you. Above the list it states what is on offer and where it appears, who tends to visit (built from your Sites' venue type, footfall and audience settings, or your Footfall note in Advertising → Venue profile when you have not filled those in), and a plain-English "How booking works" walk-through: choose a slot, pick dates, upload an advert, you review it, then it goes live — with no mention of payment being taken at that stage. Every selling model on a card gets a one-line, plain-English explanation next to the tag (what "Exclusive", "Shared", "Auction" and "Programmatic" mean for a buyer), and the slot length is spelled out in words instead of a bare "45s" label. A Get in touch button appears whenever your organisation has a contact email on file, whether or not you have any spaces switched on. The page opens with your organisation's logo, description and footfall note from Advertising → Venue profile, in your default brand's colours (set in Settings → Brands); with no logo it uses the default brand's logo, and with no default brand it falls back to NowBoard's own look — and it credits NowBoard in the footer under the same plan rule your boards already follow.
