Reviews

A Review list is a named set of your best customer reviews. Each review has a star rating, the words the customer wrote, the name you want shown, where it was left and the date. A Reviews board shows them one at a time. Any number of boards can show the same list.

What it's great for

Salons, clinics, cafes, hotels, trades and shops: anywhere a waiting area or a shop window is the right place to show what customers think of you.

Add reviews

1. Select New list, give it a name such as "Google reviews", and select Create.
2. Select Add a review. Choose the stars, paste the review, type the name as you want it shown and choose where it was left.
3. Turn on Featured for the reviews you most want to show. They come first.
4. Choose Draft to keep a review out of your boards without deleting it.

The name is shown exactly as you type it. Leave the surname off if you do not want it shown. A very long review is shortened with an ellipsis on the board, so it never runs off the screen.

Show it on a board

1. Create a board from the Reviews template.
2. On the board's Content tab, add your list.
3. Under Reviews, change the heading if you want something other than "What our customers say".
4. Turn on Show the overall rating and enter your rating and the number of reviews, for example 4.8 and 312. The line "4.8 from 312 reviews" shows under the heading.
5. Turn on Show a Leave a Review QR code and add a QR code in the Content tab to invite more reviews.

Only published reviews are shown. Change the list in Content and every board that shows it updates.
