Take over

Take over puts one board on this screen right away, without touching its schedule. It is the quickest way to show something on a screen you are standing in front of.

Starting a takeover

1. Open the screen and tap Take over.
2. Choose a board from the list, then tap Take over now.
3. Confirm — the screen switches to that board within its next refresh.

Ending a takeover

While a takeover is running, the page shows Taking over with the board's name. Tap End takeover to return the screen to its normal schedule.

Scope

A takeover started here only ever targets this one screen. Takeovers across a site, zone, or the whole organisation are started from the desktop Takeover page instead.

Which plan includes this

Take over needs the Professional plan or above, and a Manager role or higher.
