Accepting an invitation

This page is where you create your account after a colleague invites you to join their NowBoard organisation. You'll only see it if you follow a link from an invitation email.

What is an invite?

An invite is a one-time link an admin sends to your email address, adding you to their organisation instead of creating a new one. The email address on the invite is fixed: your new account must use that same address.

Joining your team

1. Open the link from your invitation email.
2. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Either select Continue with Google using an account on the invited email address, or enter your name and a password (at least 8 characters, entered twice) and select Accept invitation.

If your invite has expired

Invites don't last forever. If yours has run out, or has already been used, you'll see an error when you try to accept it. Ask whoever invited you to send a fresh one from Settings → Users.
