Ad spaces
An ad space is a package of advertising slots across one or more of your Channels. Create one and outside advertisers can book it through its own public page. You stay in control of pricing, who can advertise, and how bookings are approved.
Simple and Advanced
The form has a Simple and an Advanced switch at the top. Simple shows only the name, the Channels, the slot duration, the prices and one Approve every booking myself switch. Everything else keeps a safe default: images and video allowed, Direct only, Exclusive, no house ad. Advanced shows every field.
A new ad space opens in the mode you used last. Editing one opens in Advanced if any hidden setting has been changed from its default. Switching back to Simple only hides fields; it keeps what you set, and a note says Some advanced settings are set. The How does this work? link next to the switch explains each setting.
Creating an ad space
- Click New ad space and give it a name.
- Pick the Channels it covers, either individually or, under Advanced, by ticking a division, region, site, area or zone. Ticking Organisation covers every Channel, including ones you add later.
- Set the slot duration: how long one advert plays, and which creative types you accept (static image, video, or both).
- Set a price per month and per day (ex VAT), or use Help me price this for a suggested rate based on venue type, footfall and audience.
- In Advanced, choose your booking rules and, optionally, a house ad to fill empty slots.
- Save. Once saved, you can create a house-ad board directly from this page.
Booking rules
Fill mode controls what can fill a slot: Direct only plays adverts you have personally accepted, Direct first fills leftover slots from the open ad market, and Programmatic only sells every slot through the open market with no manual review.
Approval mode is either Manual, where you review each booking, or Auto-approve, where bookings go live as soon as they are paid for.
Selling model is Exclusive (one campaign at a time), Shared lanes (several advertisers rotate, capped by Max slots per rotation), or Auction (the highest live bid plays). Programmatic selling is not yet available.
Pricing and the public link
Prices show in your organisation's currency. Once an ad space is saved, its row in the table has a link icon that opens its public booking page: the page you send to advertisers so they can book and pay for a slot themselves.
Status
Active accepts new bookings.
Inactive is hidden from new bookings but keeps its history.
Which plan includes this
