Settings

This page sets the main details of your organisation: name, timezone, locale and currency.

The other settings for your organisation, from users to billing, are on the pages under Settings in the sidebar.

On this page

• Name: the organisation name that the CMS shows.
• Timezone: NowBoard uses it to schedule and show times correctly, for example "Europe/London".
• Locale: a BCP 47 code (for example en-GB, en-US, fr-FR). NowBoard uses it to format dates and numbers.
• Currency: NowBoard uses it for menu prices and other money values in the CMS.

Other settings pages

• Organisation: the full company profile. This includes sector, brand colours, logo and address.
• Users: who can sign in, their role, and invites that are not accepted yet.
• Lookups: values that you can use again in your content, for example rooms, people and categories.
• Brands: logo and colour palettes that you can apply to individual boards.
• Billing: your plan, invoices, payment method and cancellation.
• Divisions, Regions, Areas and Zones: an optional structure to organise many sites (Enterprise and Professional plans).
