Analytics

Analytics shows three things:

  • If your Players were on and sent reports.
  • What played on your Channels.
  • How many times each ad campaign played. This is available only on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Select a date range at the top. All sections change to show that date range.

Player uptime

This section shows one row for each Player (physical screen). The name of the Channel that the Player plays is below its name.

Each day in the range has a small bar:

  • Green: the TV was on and sent a report one or more times that day.
  • Grey: the TV did not send a report that day.
  • Striped: the day is before uptime records started. There is no data for that day, so it does not show as an outage.

Two TVs that play the same Channel show as two different rows. Thus, you can see when one TV is off.

The number next to the name of the Player is the number of days in the range that the Player was on.

What played

This table shows your boards for the date range. For each board, it shows how many times it played and the total time on screen.

A board that did not play in the date range does not show in the table.

Ad impressions

This section is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans.

Select a campaign. The section shows how many times it played, how many impressions it recorded, and when it last played.

On a lower plan, this section shows a message to upgrade your plan.
