Organisation

This page holds your organisation's name, sector, default currency, brand colours and logo. It doesn't affect who can sign in (that's on the Users page) or your subscription (that's on Billing).

Name and sector

Set your organisation's name, and pick a sector such as Care, Education, Hotel, Gym, Leisure, Office, Events, Retail, Healthcare or Other. The sector filters which board templates you're shown when you create a new board, so choosing the right one saves you scrolling past templates built for a different kind of business.

Currency

Choose the currency used as the default for new boards and for menu pricing across the CMS. Changing it doesn't convert prices already entered on existing menus; it only sets what new prices are shown in.

Brand colours and logo

Set a primary and secondary colour and upload a logo (PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG, up to 5 MB). These are your organisation's overall defaults, used throughout your customer-facing boards. If you need different colours or logos for different boards, use the separate Brands page instead, which lets you keep several named palettes and pick one per board.

Address

Add a street address for your organisation's records.
