Announcements

Announcements lets you post messages to your screens from your phone, such as a closure or a schedule change, and take them down again when they're no longer needed.

Posting an announcement

1. Tap the plus button.
2. Add a title and message, and set a priority, dates, category, or tags if you use them.
3. Tap Save.

Priority and dates

• Normal: routine information.
• High: worth extra attention.
• Urgent: shown most prominently.

Set a start and end date to have an announcement appear and disappear automatically, rather than removing it by hand.

Hiding an announcement

Use the Live / Hidden switch on a card to take an announcement off your screens without deleting it. To remove it for good, open the three-dot menu and choose Delete.
